Our Healthy Hero: Ashley Zuberi
Ashley believes that yoga requires us to balance strength, flexibility, and surrender in all that we do and she cultivates all three in her teaching and in her life. She inspires her students to move mindfully, cultivate awareness, and her creative class sequences are built to strengthen, relax, balance, and challenge your body, mind, and soul all at the same time.
Ashley first found yoga to heal from extreme chronic pain and stress in her life and now has a passion to help others unwind years of bad habits and movement patterns through the practice of yoga and mindfulness. She’s building an online community of yogis and yoginis at ashleyjosephine.com.
