A Plan to Execute a Pinterest Workout

A Plan to Execute a Pinterest WorkoutIt is the same old story. I pin a workout that I really want to try on my Pinterest board.  Then, I keep pinning other things and the workout that had caught my eye gets pushed further and further down on my board and I never actually try it. I know I have done it a thousand times (well not exactly, but you get my drift).

One of the main reasons I love Pinterest is that there are so many interesting workouts out there.  Many of the workouts are great for anyone who, like me, doesn’t feel comfortable going to the gym on a military installation. I like the fact that I can do the workouts in the privacy of my own home where I can laugh at how ridiculous I look.  I usually end up pinning the short, effective workouts that I feel would be good for when I need to relieve stress or when I don’t have much time on my hands. As a military spouse it can sometimes be difficult to carve out a little time for yourself, especially when you are taking care of the entire house on your own while your spouse is in the field, deployed, or on duty.

But, for some reason, I have never tried one of the workouts.

That ends now.  To make my pins count, I have decided to execute one of the workouts that I pinned a while ago. It is an ab workout that I will complete three days per week for one month. I want to see if it will truly make a difference along with eating sensibly. Since this is the area I dislike the most on my body I might as well start now and do something about it.  When the fat starts to melt away I’ll have toned muscles waiting to shine through.

I will keep you updated (oh crap, now I have to do it).

If you decide to join me I would love to hear how you are doing with your work out and what keeps you motivated. Let’s see if we can do this together. Ready. Set. Go.

Do you ever use any of the workouts you find on Pinterest?
